Working together

How we can work

Sessions are booked over a call or on WhatsApp. There's no form, no waiting list, and no wrong first step.

Session formats and pricing are confirmed conversationally — please get in touch and we'll work it out together.

Questions

Things people ask first

How do I book a session?

Reach out directly on WhatsApp or by phone. Sessions are booked conversationally — you'll be able to talk through what you need before committing to anything.

Is my session confidential?

Yes. What you bring to a session stays between you and your therapist. Please don't send clinical or health details by message or email — those channels are not secure, and a phone call is a much better first step.

What does your approach look like?

Integrative. It blends evidence-based psychological techniques with spiritual insight, adapted to each person rather than applied as a fixed protocol. It may involve some trial and error, but it's always collaborative.

What do you work with?

Anxiety, depression, burnout, boundaries, grief, relationships, self-worth, self-esteem, loneliness, assertive communication, and productivity — with a particular focus on anxiety and its effects.
